Quanto Costa? How Much?

Planning an event takes a lot of time from brainstorming and design conception to sourcing quotes, making spreadsheets, following up on payments, DIY-ing, then the actual event set up and pack down and everything in between. For a wedding it can be anywhere from 100 to 250 hours. 

So… it sounds like an hourly rate you say? Nay says I! Here’s the thing – I HATE timekeeping. For me nothing hinders the creative process more than having to write your hours or minutes down. And we're not feeling particularly inclined to time keep when we wake up at 2am with a brilliant solution to that nagging napkin issue we discussed. I have done the wedding thing myself and nothing freaked me (or my budget out) more than having an hourly fee and not knowing when the clock was going to stop ticking and we would get a total. Plus I'm kind of a pushover and don’t like to ask people for more money than originally estimated if things run over.

I'm more of a flat figure kinda girl. You know what you’re up for upfront and you know that I’ll work my little patootie off to get you value for money and achieve your vision. That way there’s no surprises. That said each event is different and it wouldn’t be fair to charge the same for a small first birthday cake table as you would for a sit down affair for 120 so the pricing below is a guideline only. I know not everyone has a budget for the full service event stylist, but I love what I do and if I can help to make even a small key aspect of your event stress free and breathtakingly gorgeous I will. There is no event too small. Seriously.

 

Wedding Ceremony Only | From $400

Full Wedding Kit & Kaboodle | From $1500

Dessert Table Only | From $700 including desserts but excluding main cake.

Cake Table Styling Only | From $200 excluding main cake

Grazing Table Only | From $20 per head including all food and styling

Kids Birthday Party | From $600

Adult Birthday Party or Other Significant Occasion | From $700

 

It’s also worth noting here unless otherwise stated the above fees do not include the provision of any other hire services, catering, DIY materials etc. Sorry my friends, but that fee just covers my time and brilliant ideas and my cupboards of props and inventory if it suits your event style.

If my services sound like the sort of thing you are after and work within your budget I would love to get together with you and make sure I am someone you will feel happy to have working alongside you for this process.

Shoot me through an email on the contact page and tell me some details about your dream event and we’ll tee up a time to meet and greet. Wine is optional but preferred, let me know if you like red or white and I’ll bring a bottle. We will talk about your event ideas, your back story and influences, style, must haves and definitely not haves etc. but also how you like to communicate and what is going to make you feel comfortable on the road to event date.

Of course meet and drink has no charge nor do any future meetings of which you may have as many or as little as you like. I will then send you the Ts & Cs to read through and a customised quote for services of which 30% is due within 10 working days of the date of the quote with the balance due 30 days prior to your event date. Once you’re happy to lock us in and have confirmed that with a deposit I will knuckle down to refining your event style and get the ball rolling once you’re 110% happy with the concept.
